Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are free in the United States and Canada.
International customers would have to pay the return shipping charges, once the items are received the exchange is on us!
Items sold during “Sale" are final and cannot be exchanged. To process a return, please send an email with your order number to support@humanityspride.com

Can I return / exchange a personalized handmade fine jewelry item?
At Humanity’s Pride we strive to guarantee the quality in making handmade personalized jewelry.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is simply not what you anticipated, please let us know immediately and we'll do our best to recreate it to you until you are satisfied.
Products must be brand new and unworn and we should be contacted within 7 days of delivery. All returns/exchanges for fine jewelry items shall be subject to review and approval from Humanity's Pride.
If approved, the item to be returned/exchanged should be shipped back to us with in 30 days from the date of invoice.
All custom and personalized jewelry is one of kind, thus, it will incur a 30 percent restocking fee.

Can I return my purchase?
Yes, returns are free in the United States and Canada.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process returns from other countries. Items sold during “Sale" are final and cannot be returned.

How long do I have in order to return an item?
All exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I return an item?
Please send an email to support@humanityspride.com with the details of your order and the reason for your return.
We will review your return request and provide a shipping label for your return, if approved.
All items returned must arrive unused, with hang tags and labels affixed.
Please note that we do reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which have been used or damaged.

When will I receive a refund for my return?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
Your refund shall be credited to you as communicated in the email confirmation.

Do I have to pay a fee for returns or exchanges?
All custom and personalized jewelry is one of kind, thus, it will incur a 30 percent restocking fee.
For all other items, if an eligible item is returned or exchanged from within US & Canada, your card will be credited with a full refund for the price of the product.
You will not be charged any shipping or restocking fees.
Humanity’s Pride will cover the cost of one return order or one exchange order in the United States and Canada.
For international orders, the customer would have to pay for return shipping and we would gladly exchange any eligible items without charging any restocking fees.

Do you have a price adjustment policy?
We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of your order date.
Items purchased using a discount code, or any marked down item is not eligible for a price adjustment.
